In order to use your Wallet Account and take advantage of the cheap rates you must 'activate' it first. All you need to do is register with the site by creating a FlirtXchange profile, complete the verification process and your Wallet Account will become active.

Enjoy phone chat but would rather not create an online profile? You can create an instant Wallet Account simply by texting POINTS to 81148.

SMS Wallet activation costs £4.50 (billed to your mobile) and provides an account top up of 450 Wallet Points.

You can use your purchased Wallet Points to 'pay' for chat far cheaper than the cost of dialling the traditional premium rate 08 or 09 access numbers. When paying by Wallet Points you need only dial a standard rate 0207 number avoiding the markups on premium calls made by your network provider. Mobile users in particular will benefit from using wallet points to access our services - dialing the standard rate access number may even be free if you have inclusive minutes in your price plan! By taking advantage of our Wallet Points payment method you could be connecting to the FlirtXchange chat line from your mobile for as little as 8p per minute! (members outside the UK need to contact their service provider to clarify call cost).

Site registered members can view their Wallet balance plus transaction history on line (via 'My Page' > Options Menu > Wallet Points). Alternatively, both members and non-members can dial any of our service numbers and select the option that offers you to check Wallet balance.

There are four ways to redeem your Wallet Points for chat time.

1. By dialing the special member's access number (displayed at the top of the site)
2. By requesting a 'Call Back' on line. Simply click on the 'Call me NOW!' or 'Call me in 5 mins' tabs ( Go to 'My Page' and select 'Members Cheap Chat' from the menu options)
3. By requesting a 'Call Back' via text (text CHAT to 81148 - standard text charge applies - currently available to UK members only)
4. By requesting a 'Call Back' to connect you to another member's Flirt Number (Call Back tabs are featured on each member's profile for super convenient one click connection).

You can top-up your Wallet Points at any time online with your credit card, by txt or phone (see 'Top-Up' FAQs). Alternatively log on to the site, go to "My Page" and click the "Top Up Wallet Points" link in the Options menu.

Yes, eventually. Currently, unused points will expire within ninety (90) days from when they were earned or purchased.
